We offer free shipping and we do our best to ship all orders as quickly as possible. We ship within Canada and the United States of America. Please note that orders can be subject to duty and taxes applicable to that country that you the buyer will be responsible for.
Due to the nature of the shipping business delays are often inevitable, therefore specific delivery dates are not guaranteed and K-ROK Vintage cannot be responsible for any delays in shipping.
Once a tracking number is provided please refer to the post office or shipping company's website in order to get tracking updates and estimated delivery times. Please note products that are marked delivered by the post office or applicable shipping company according to tracking but have not been delivered will require direct inquiry to the applicable post office or shipping company for more information.
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure the proper shipping address is entered correctly. Your parcel may be returned to us if the shipping address is not correct. If this is the case we can re-ship the item to you with an additional shipping cost. Free shipping is only offered on the initial purchase.
